Warmup:

300yds EASY

Skills and Drills:

2-6 sets of 75yds (25 kick/25 drill/25 swim) – Alternate between finger tip drag and closed fist for drill

Main set:

4-10 sets x 50yds steady, rest 10 seconds

1-4 sets x 100yds at steady pace (goal is to target  5-10 minutes of consistent swimming)

4-10 sets x 50yds steady, rest 10 seconds

Cooldown:

200yds easy
