Warmup
5-10 minutes monostructural work (row, bike, jog)

B.
3 sets:
20 walking lunges (10 each leg)
10 Pillar to Plank press up
Rest 60 seconds

Trying to warmup some of our main movers here. Work through at an easy pace, feel out the corners. Hit a little mobility if needed…but stay hot.

C.
Bulgarian Split Squats
4 sets: 15 right, 15 legs
rest 30 seconds between legs, 90 seconds between sets.

Get a few light weight warmup reps in, then make sure all 4 sets are difficult but good form.

D:
4 Sets for quality
10 goblet squats
0:45 Side plank left
5 pullups or 10 ring rows (1 second at top, 2 seconds down)
0:45 side plank right
rest 60-90 seconds
