Rest Day

Note: Rest days and recovery are vital components of a training plan. The gains that are achieved during a training program are made during recovery and not during the activity itself. These structured rest days allow your muscles, bones, and connective tissue time to rebuild. As the intensity of our workouts increases, these rest days will become more crucial and allow us to hit the higher intensity workouts with the necessary focus and physiological adaptations.
