Run

Warm up:
15 minutes EASY run/walk followed by dynamic warm up routine

Workout:

30-45 min progression run with each third increasing in speed. Start at an easy comfortable jog, make your middle third about marathon pace or slower, and your final third slightly slower than your threshold pace (15k pace).

Cool down:
5 min EASY run/walk followed by dynamic cool down routine
