Here at AK Athlete we strongly recommend rest days. We know it can be hard but we don’t want to wake up one morning a pile of overtrained and injured athlete garbage.

We also realize life is busy, and during the week doing mobility and training is tough.

Take today to spend 20-30 minutes foam rolling, take a lacrosse ball to your calf or Achilles, take a bath and do some breathing exercises.
