We are super impressed with everyone doing to workouts so far. Last night we had a great run at the Dome. Hopefully your swimming is feeling a little better. Don’t get frustrated, it just takes some time in the pool. Get out there and lets do this!

Warmup:
100-300m (5-10 minutes) freestyle/mixed

Main Set:
3-6 sets:
Kick x 25m
rest 20 seconds
Drill x 50m
rest 20 seconds
Swim 75m
rest 1 min or easy 50m

Cool down:
Pull 100-200 easy

Total 650 – 1400
