Use today to work on skills or flush out some of that soreness if you need. If you dont have food prepped, you aren’t sleeping, or you havent done any mobility this week – we would recommend any of those things over a workout – but if you HAVE to workout today make sure you are focused on increasing your efficiency in the water.

Tuesday we did a similar set with kicking and drills. Today its all swimming – Focus on smooth stroke! dont worry about speed, but try and feel like you are gliding through the water smooth and powerful.
