We’re testing the waters out at Little Campbell Lake for all you brave Athletes!

Meeting at the Lake at 6pm. Bring your wetsuits!

Workout focus:

During the first few open water sessions we will focus on sighting, a key skill when swimming in open water. We will spend the first 10-15 minutes after our warm up doing sighting drills and getting in the habit of sighting every 4-6 strokes.

Main set:

Until we are able to get our swim buoys out on the lake we will focus on some longer aerobic sets.

2-4 x 400 yards continuous swimming. One length of the lake is about 400 yards
