RUN

5-10 min warm up followed by dynamic stretches and agility drills

Main Set: Todays workout will focus on our 10k pace with some faster intervals thrown in the mix. The first part of each set (1x’s) are at your 10k pace and the 100s are fast!

1x1600m, 2x100m
1x1200m, 2x100m
1x800m, 2x100m
1x400m, 2x100m

60 seconds rest between 1x’s and 100m walk between 2x100s 

Note: To scale the workout begin the main set at the 1x1200m
