Warmup

10-15 minute bike warm up routine

Main set:

2-3 rounds:

5 Minutes – Zone 1

9 Minutes – Zone 3

1 Minute – Zone 5

*Vary your gears or resistance while maintaining 80-95 RPM*

Cooldown: 10 minutes @ Zone 1

Notes: we are working with 7 zones on the bike, with 7 being 10 seconds all out.
