Endurance Activity

40-60 minutes of mixed Zone 1-3 aerobic activity (running, fat biking, elliptical, skiing, hiking)

If you decide to run for this workout, keep the duration towards the lower end of the suggested range. With lower impact sports (biking/hiking) feel free to stretch it out to the full 60 minutes.

Note: Heart Rate should not exceed 180 – AGE*
