Warm up:
10-15 minute bike warm up routine to get us ready for our FTP next week we will try to dip into a little higher zones today

Main set:
3-4 rounds:
3 Minutes – Zone 5 (threshold – something you could only hold for 45-60 minutes)
5 Minutes – easy spin 85-90 RPM)

Cooldown:
10 minutes @ Zone 1
