RUN

Warm up:
10 minutes of easy jogging followed by dynamic warmup routine.

Main set: Broken 800s
2 X (800 at 10K Pace, 400 easy or 2 min rest between.)
2 X (600 Fast (5K), 200 easy jog)
2 X (400 Fast >5K, 400 easy jog)
2 X (2×200 Mile Pace, 200 easy jog) walk 200.

90 seconds rest between the sets of 2.

Cool down:
Easy 1-2 laps followed by foam rolling
