Warm up:
10-15 min at an EASY pace.

Main set:
3-5 miles getting progressively faster. Attempt to run the last mile at 1/2 marathon pace – try to add 1/2-1 mile to the last time you did this!

Cool down:
Finish run with 10-15 Minutes EASY
