April 12, 2019 – Run

Today (like most Fridays) we work on building our efficiency – aerobically and mechanically.

What this means is we spend about 40-60 minutes running (or a run walk) at a pace you could maintain for about 2-3 hours. So don’t let the heart rate spike up too much as you do this, but go out and enjoy a steady jog!
