AK ATHLETE programming seeks to encourage consistency in training by enabling Athletes with daily programming. The AK method has been designed to maximize capacity, increase efficiency, minimize injury and ensure success on race day. The current programming has a focus on building our endurance systems. This program can be followed year round, regardless of whether you will compete or competing
