36-48 minutes Run today “In-Out Miles”

Today split your sets up into miles or 6 minute blocks
Set 1: 40-60 minute Pace
Set 2: Marathon Pace

Repeat 3-4 times

This 40-60 minute pace is often called Tempo pace. Think of it as something you could maintain for 40-60 minutes, but stay consistent. If you break this up into 6 minute segments try to hit the same distance each set.
